1. Position: Manager- Production (Veterinary)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop production strategy, lead and manage all production units through effective production scheduling.
- Prepare and execute daily production planning, monitoring of product quality and production operations (in accordance with BMR & BPR).
- Ensure department compliance to establish GMP, safety and training and ensure compliance with all company policies, plant rules.
- Ensure proper documentation during charge, drying, filling and sealing of all products of the unit.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Masters in Chemistry/ Bio- Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Pharmacy from any reputed university.
- At least 06-07 years working experience in the relevant field.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge in cGMP, SOP writing.
- Candidate should have an effective Know-how of manufacturing process problem and solution.
- Candidate should have written and oral communication ability in English.
