BARCIK’s 2024 journey was defined by innovation, inclusivity, and resilience. Anchored in its Strategic Plan, the organization strengthened people-led development through indigenous knowledge conservation, climate-suitable crop promotion, organic farming, and policy advocacy. The Green Coalition emerged as a powerful platform connecting communities, civil society, and institutions to combat environmental degradation and promote agroecology. By integrating gender justice and championing the rights of marginalized communities, BARCIK contributed to climate action, food sovereignty, and sustainable development in Bangladesh.
